TWU Local 106 represents the skilled and dedicated Supervisors of MTA Bus operations in New York City. These supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of the city’s bus depots, ensuring that routes run on time, buses are maintained, and safety standards are consistently met.

Our Supervisors are responsible for:

• Coordinating work assignments and schedules for drivers and maintenance staff.
• Monitoring and enforcing safety and operational procedures.
• Overseeing inspections, repairs, and maintenance of buses and equipment.
• Managing resources and responding to emergencies or service disruptions.
• Serving as a bridge between management and frontline employees, advocating for fair treatment and safe working conditions.
