MTA Considers Flying Drones to Keep Watch Over Buses | THE CITY — NYC News
The news of the MTA looking to put drones in the air to track buses, is another step toward the MTA eliminating jobs. You should be concerned, because as you know, the MTA is already cutting 10 road dispatcher posts throughout the five Boro’s for the winter pick and to hear that the MTA has a plan to possibly use drones in the future is alarming, infuriating and a threat to the working men and women of Local 106.
