No More MTA Umbrella Policies Leaving Supervisors Exposed!

For years, the MTA-New York City Transit Authority has posted polices, bulletins and directives that cover the agency from scrutiny, if and when a problem arises, but all of these polices have built in major design flaws and they know it. These flaws run along the lines of a simple paragraph or even one sentence, but that one paragraph or sentence is where the problem is. That’s where you’ll find the onus to these important policies put squarely on the supervisor. But the key to all of this is that there’s no time built into the supervisors tour to do what these policies are requiring you to do, they no that, they don’t care and if you push the issue, you are called into the boss’s office and are harassed for following the policy.

This is the MTA’s way of protecting themselves and leaving you the supervisor exposed under their hole ladened umbrella.

Everyone of these policies will now be examined and challenged. What had previously been quietly ignored as part of the broken umbrella cover up system will no longer be tolerated!
