Work iPad and Cell Phones Stay on Transit Property at the End of the Day!

WE DO NOT WORK FOR FREE!

This is a firm reminder. Unless you are being compensated, no work iPad, cellphone or any other type of work related piece of equipment should be going home with you!

If you were promoted to a supervisor position within the last year you are being notified directly by me that you absolutely should NOT be bringing your work iPad home or your Transit issued cell phone home at the end of your tour or on the weekend. If you are being told this is part of your job or being pressured in anyway by management, I want to know about it. If you have been a supervisor for a while then I should not have to say anything because you already know this. If you are too weak to say no, then call your division chairman and they will handle it for you. If you just don’t care and you’re working against us, then that will be handled in another manner.
