Hispanic Transit Society Honors Jose DeJesus
The Hispanic Transit Society celebrated their 58 year anniversary with a gala honoring four outstanding leaders in the Hispanic community, and we were proud and happy to see our own General Recording Secretary and Senior Legislative Director Jose DeJesus, honored for all that he has accomplished in his career with the Transit Authority. Retired OA EC Member Chris Sohl flew to New York for the event and Local 1400 Vice President Matt Wright and others from TWU Locals were also in attendance for Jose’s honor.
