Angry customers should be directed to call 511
We have been hearing it from many of our members that are Dispatchers working out in the street standing in Bus Stops dealing with those angry mobs of people that are waiting for buses on the BCC Led routes and we want to remind you, not to put yourself in harms way. If the riding public is angry about the long wait times on those BCC Led routes, you need to direct them to call 511 to complain and keep your distance.
BCC Led routes are not to be adjusted in anyway by the Road Dispatcher.
The BCC Led routes program is being tested and if you’re making adjustments you’re not allowing for a true test.
