Contract Update
It’s important to know that since we are in negotiations with the Authority on the TSC contract that the pattern/path we are following is pay increases of 3%, 3%, 3.25% and $3,000 one time bonus. To go above and beyond that would require a move to eliminate Medicare in place of Medicare Advantage and as you know, that’s out of the question for this Union and can now never happen.
This pattern/path can be expected for all of our units, but the TSO team will work through all the differences and we’ll come out strong with good contracts for all of our members.
