Maternity/Paternity Agreement (MAPA) DONE!

In the last round of contract negotiations for the MaBSTOA, MSII, MTA Bus and Queens, we paid for the administration of New York Paid Family Leave (NYPFL) but it was not implemented. In lieu of NYPFL, we agreed to the extension of MAPA leave time. This resolves the outstanding issue side letter dated April 6, 2023. This agreement is exactly the same for all Union’s that had the NYPFL side letter. This agreement is also now a tab on the menu bar of our homepage.
