Tentative Contract Agreements for the Subway MSIIs and the MaBSTOA and Queens Divisions!

After delays due to COVID, a pause in all contract negotiations due to the ATU Locals being forced to arbitration to fight off the Authority’s demand to only negotiate two year contracts and then dealing with an Agency that does everything a snails pace we finally have contracts for three more Divisions. Attached below are the highlights, and the MOU with side letters. These contract MOU’s still need to ratified by the membership. But before we do that we will have meetings in each Division to answer all questions you may have before you vote.
