Attention, all Bus Command Center Dispatchers, please keep the below tracking sheet with you at all times when you are working at your desk at the BCC. We need you to take a few seconds to document every time you experience problems with the radio or bus trek equipment.

Then send your sheet once a week to your Division Chairman or designee. We were denied two Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests so we will get this information ourselves. If BCC management has any issues with this please notify your Division Chairman immediately.
