TSO Executive Council Elects Joseph Betancourt as the new TSO Vice President!

As per Article VI of the TSO by-laws, “The Vice President shall be elected by the Executive Council from amongst the members of the Executive Council at the first Executive Council Meeting following the General Elections”. Joe’s experience and ability is an asset to the organization and he will take on new roles in the V.P position that I’m sure he will be successful at. We all wish Joe the best of luck in his new position and know that he will do a great job serving in his new capacity as TSO V.P as Joe’s success is all of our success.
