TSO Mourns the Passing of Subways Maintenance Supervisor II Eric Anderson

We sadly announce the passing of MSII Eric Anderson. Eric worked for the Transit Authority for 32 years and was 59 years old.

This is another tragic example of why we need the Death Gamble Bill passed by Albany. Eric could have retired but instead for good reasons he continued to work. Now instead of his family getting Eric’s pension they will only receive a payout of what Eric earned over the last 12 months X 3. And that is a disgrace!
