Why we need Governor Hochul to sign the Death Gamble Bill ASAP!

NY Post headline “MTA operator ‘fighting for his life’ after vicious stabbing in Brooklyn subway station by transit” recidivist. Yesterday NYCTA Conductor Myran Pollack 60 years old with over 25 years of service was stabbed while doing his job. We ask that you all keep our TWU Brother Myran Pollack in your prayers.

We are calling on Governor Hochul to immediately sign the Death Gamble Bill. This legislation is done and waiting for the Governors signature for months. God forbid this attack would have had a different outcome, the Pollack family would be SOL and would not get the financial protection they deserve and that their loved one earned.
