Coming this Fall—Your New MTA One Pass

In case you missed this email from the MTA on June 24th.

Your pockets and ID holders are about to get a little bit lighter, thanks to the new MTA One Pass, coming this fall. Like the name says, the MTA One Pass consolidates your employee ID, transportation pass, facility access, and timekeeping on a single card.

The MTA One Pass uses a uniform design for all employees. It will serve as an official form of MTA identification and works with various MTA electronic systems—including KRONOS for timekeeping, OMNY for NYCT transportation, security systems for facilities, and HP for secured printing. This one-card solution allows you to perform your day-to-day responsibilities without having to carry multiple cards and transportation passes.

Update Your Pass Photo

For the transition to MTA One Pass, MTA pass holders are required to have an updated pass photo. If you have not had your pass photo updated in the past seven (7) years, please visit an MTA Pass Office. Your updated pass photo will be displayed on the new MTA One Pass.

Please contact the MTA Pass Program at MTAPassOffice@mtahq.org or 929-930-2061 with any questions.
