Assault a Transit Supervisor-GO TO JAIL!

ZERO TOLERANCE! ZERO EXCUSES! ASSAULT A TRANSIT SUPERVISOR GO TO JAIL!

OA Division Transportation Chairman Mike Rodriguez, Vice Chairman Derick Cruz and Recording Secretary Kirby Nketiah accompanied Manhattan Road Dispatcher Luis Rodriguez who was assaulted on his post September 4, 2024. The alleged suspect in this case was arrested and has remained in jail since his arrest. This suspect has a long rap sheet of violent crimes and after his case was called today he remained in jail where he belongs.

No Transit Worker should ever be assaulted for doing their job and if that happens we stand by them 100%!
