The Local 106 Executive Council has voted overwhelmingly to approve a new benefit to provide a legal service plan to active members in good standing. This benefit will extend to the spouse, domestic partner and children (with some parameter’s).We expect to have the plan fully in place in the first quarter of 2026.

We are expecting to get this plan fully in place within the next 60 days. Once we have the fully executed agreement in place we will let you know.
