Stay out of Bus Lanes and Busways

As Bus lanes and Busways are expanded we’ve seen an increase in tickets coming from the DOT. We know this is not the ideal way to do the job but we are telling you to park your Transit Vehicle legally on a street without a Bus lane and outside the Busways zone and walk to the Bus that you need to deal with. If that takes a lot longer then so be it. If you need to pay for parking, make sure you get a receipt as you will be reimbursed with petty cash from the Authority as this is their policy.

One of the reasons for this change in our position, is the continued unjust escalating fines based on previous violations for the same vehicle.
