Albany Tier 6 NYSPEC Meeting

The TSO team traveled to Albany to attend a New York State Public Employees Conference (NYSPEC) meeting to discuss the Tier 6 pension and possible changes to the Bill this Legislative session. NY State Senator Robert Jackson and Sponsor of one of the many Tier 6 Bills was in attendance and he addressed the Conference. There is a good possibility of a minor tweak to the Tier 6 pension this session but we know as a fact a complete overhaul is not going to happen, so we all work to chip away piece by piece.
