Attorney General Letitia James Findings

This week NY State Attorneys General Letitia James released the results of her investigation into the allegations of sexual misconduct by Governor Cuomo.  The findings in the report are devastating and conclusive.  The actions of the Governor were reprehensible and demeaning to women and we call on him to resign immediately.

Also mentioned in the report are two current MTA Board members, Larry Schwartz and Linda Lacewell, who aided and abetted the Governor in perpetrating this disgusting and possibility criminal behavior against these women.

We have sent a letter to the Chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee, Timothy Kennedy, asking that these two board appointees be removed from the MTA Board immediately.
