Local 106 Reps Meet with US Senator Kristen Gillibrand WTC Health Benefits
Local 106 Recording Secretary Jose DeJesus and Queens Chairman Todd Napoletano both Legislative Directors for the local and retired MSII Thomas Yankow attended a meeting on September 11, 2024 at the New York City Central Labor Counsel, Hosted by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Yankow and DeJesus had both worked down at ground zero after this terrorist attack and today their both dealing with the after affect illnesses from the clean up.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the WTC health benefits and to ensure that all affected workers remain protected for life.
