Update on-Manhattan Road Dispatcher Viciously Assaulted

We have been told that on Sunday June 11th, the 9th Precinct Detectives Squad made an arrest in the assault case on our brother. This person is being charged with Assault in the Second Degree. The TSO will be in court when information on the arraignment becomes available to us.

On another note, some good news, we visited with our injured brother and his family today at his home in Brooklyn and he is doing alright. He is banged up but recovering. He was in good spirits considering all that happened to him and he has a bit of recovering to do with his eye sight now altered from this assault.
