Where is Outrage for Fired Corrections Officers!

On March 11th Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul fired 2000 striking Correction officers because they refused to return to work because they did not think that enough was done, long term, to protect them like repealing the HALT Act. After the firing Governor Hochul signed an Executive order barring all fired Correction officers from ever being employed again by state a agency.
In 1981 the Air Traffic Controllers went on strike and Republican President Ronald Regan fired 11,000 Air Traffic Controllers and then banned them from any Federal employment.
This is the same damn thing! For the last 44 years all you’ve ever heard was that Regan destroyed the Unions after firing the Air Traffic Controllers. Well, Hochul just did the same thing and there has been no mention of this from by any Union. Why is Governor Hochul getting a pass? Why isn’t this radical move on behalf of the Governor being covered as it should? Is it because she has a D next to her name or is it that everyone is just distracted right now? Either way this cannot go unnoticed and swept under the rug. Where are all the so called progressive Unions on this issue?!… SILENT!
Lastly, Governor Hochul just made the situation in the NY State prison system worse, by increasing the shortage of Correction officers. Governor Hochul chose to protect criminals rather than protecting Correction officers. All she had to do was repeal the HALT Act but she didn’t do that because she’s a leftist who does not know what she’s doing and she needs to go, but that may require the progressive Unions to speak out against another progressive.
