Contract Negotiations

We met with the Authority again yesterday where we continue to make progress on moving the ball down the field. It’s a slow process but we are working toward a resolution and hope to have a contract for the membership sometime in the next few months.

Weekly Vax Testing Suspended

Based on New York State guidance, beginning today, June 7, the MTA will no longer require COVID-19 diagnostic testing for current employees who are not vaccinated.
